Fox 5 NY’s Dana Arschin stopped by ESH’s Mott Haven Head Start Center to speak with parents and staff about the struggles of finding affordable and quality programs for the city’s youngest children. “We’ve been able to see our son progress since he’s been in the ESH program,” said Kim and Corey, two of our most engaged Head Start parents.
